Please take a moment to review our policies before making your purchase. Payment Methods Our Precious Paws shopping cart is proudly hosted by PayPal. Accepted forms of payment are MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal accounts. Precious Paw is also equipped to accept Mastercard and Visa orders via telephone. We will accept money orders, personal or business checks (made payable to "Precious Paws LLC"). However, due to substantial banking fees, orders will not begin processing until the check/money order has cleared. Bounced checks will be assessed a $35.00 charge. Although most items are in stock, there are some items that may need to be shipped directly from the manufacture. We will notify you if we need to ship direct from the manufacturer and give an estimated delivery date. Shipping We ship via USPS parcel post with a tracking number within the Continental United States. Please call us at 860-233-4284 or e-mail us at dworman@sbcglobal.net for other shipping options. We try to ship within 24 hours of your order (if in stock) and will e-mail you the tracking info. Shipping Rates The shipping rate is based on the total sell price as follows: Privacy Statement Precious Paws respects your privacy. The information obtained from you is used only to complete and verify your order. No information shared will be given to any outside party. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt for merchandise exchange or store credit. Store Credits will not include the shipping and handling costs. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on the following items: Pet beds, Travel bags. Returnable items may be EXCHANGED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please call for a return authorization number and be sure to indicate the reason for return. If another size is required, please indicate the size requested. Please return the unused product in its original packaging with all accompanying materials (instructions, etc.). We suggest that you insure your return package and ask for a tracking number from shipper, as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. Please send all returns to our address indicated below marked clearly with the return authorization number. Precious Paws LLC Precious Paws reserves the right to determine if a product is in used or non-saleable condition. Pet Beds and Luggage carriers are special orders and are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. One exchange per item is permitted. Second and subsequent exchanges will incur a $10 charge per item.
